ARONHILL bloomed from the pursuit of a dream.
In 1996, compelled to transform her eight-acres of safflower into a vineyard, Judy Aron planted her first vines. Blending the ideal Templeton Gap conditions with her tasteful palate, Judy chose to specialize in two varietals – Primitivo (Italian Zinfandel) and Cabernet Sauvignon.
After eight years of tending to her vines, in 2004, Judy Aron and her team released the first AronHill vintage. Using dry-farming technique and estate-grown fruit, winemaking proved to be a success. Known for bold, fruit-forward characteristics and the perfectly soft finish, our award-winning wines have been enjoyed for over a decade.
