We harvest by hand at the precise moment and sort the fruit by hand both in the vineyard and winery to maintain our commitment to use only the finest grapes. Natural yeast fermentation in select French oak barrels and wax seals on premium glass bottles allows the wine to develop quietly in its own time. Our tireless focus on low yields and extraordinary fruit means that we produce just a few hundred cases of wine each year, which is made available through our wine club.
