Shadow Run is a 150 acre ranch and vineyard offering varietals of Syrah, Petite Syrah, Viognier, and Malbec. Much of the ranch is home to wildlife and will remain in its natural state, conserving the rugged beauty of this part of California's Central Coast. A morning walker will see a family of quail, and the observant and quiet visitor may see bobcat, deer, or a lone heron fishing in the pond.
A ranch that typifies the natural beauty of the Central Coast, Shadow Run includes large areas of native plants that paint a spectacular palette in the Spring. Ancient oceans once covered the land and fossilized seashells are a common find on the terraced hillsides. Forests of pine and manzanita provide wildlife habitat in the "Long Valley."
