The Arroyo Grande Village Summer Concert Series and Rotary Bandstand will be celebrating their 13th anniversary this summer! The Summer Series kicks off on Sunday, June 10th and continues through September 9th on the Rotary Bandstand in the Village of Arroyo Grande. The Arroyo Grande Summer Concert Series is known for presenting the most eclectic and diverse musical offerings of all the regional summer music series. This free series is presented by the Arroyo Grande Village Improvement Association and the City of Arroyo Grande Recreation Services Department.
The Rotary Bandstand is located in Heritage Square Park, which is immediately south of the Arroyo Grande Village shopping area and the famous Swinging Bridge. During the shows, the Historical Society volunteers serve famous all beef hot dogs, Doc Burnstein's ice cream novelties, popcorn, drinks, and other treats. Special raffles benefitting the featured nonprofit and various displays further enliven the concerts. New this year will be arts and crafts booths at every show. Attendees are asked to bring lawn chair, blankets, and their friends and neighbors to enjoy the afternoons under the sun!
