Overview

Located across the street from the Avila Golf Resort, the home offers open concept living, coastal and hillside views. Avila Amore is designed with open living space in mind. The natural sunlight pours into the main living area and two sliding doors in the living room open to create a comfortable cross-breeze. The kitchen amenities include quartz stone slab countertops, and Thermador stainless steel appliances. Fine Room & Board modern furnishings throughout.

Also at the main level is a bedroom. The first bedroom on the main level has a comfy over-sized queen, memory-foam sleeper sofa (+ 5" inches). There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination accessible to the bedroom just off the hallway.

Up a flight of stairs to a jr. suite and large master suite. The jr. suite has a king bed and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination. 

Also on the second level is a grand master suite. The master suite has a king bed and roomy ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom has a double-sink vanity, soaking tub and roomy walk-in shower. Just off the master suite is another balcony with a glimpse of ocean and pier views. Open the sliding door to hear the sound of rolling waves and feel the gentle ocean breeze against your skin. The start to a perfect beach morning. 

Bedding and linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and and entertaining. Propane grill located off the kitchen balcony. There is oak hardwood flooring throughout the home. There is a two car garage, plus driveway parking for 2 more autos. The owner does store a personal auto in the garage, so in total there is a total of 3 parking spaces available to guest (1 inside the garage, 2 in the driveway). You will enter the home from a private drive (Beach Colony Drive) and this road leads to the beach and downtown area. The better picturesque views are on the backside of the house. With the private road below the balconies there is minimal pedestrian and auto noise in comparison to other Avila Beach locations.

Minimum night stays based on seasonality. Pricing is based on occupancy of 4. Additional guests charged an additional cost per night. When renting for max occupancy of 6 guests the 3rd bedroom (with sleeper sofa) will be accessible, otherwise the room is locked off.
