Location

Of course the golfers in your group will want to book tee times at the Black Lake Golf Resort. There are three 9-hole courses here to challenge yourself, as well as several other famed courses nearby. From your condo in Nipomo, you are within a short driving distance of the sandy beaches of Oceano. Surfing, kite boarding, fishing, horseback riding and ATVs are all popular there. For a quieter experience, the Guadalupe Nipomo Dunes Center is a great place to stop. From there you can head to the Oso Flaco Trail, which leads to the beach.

Blacklake Condo 1483 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1,100 square foot vacation rental that sleeps 4 guests. Located on the 9th hole, this unit has great views of the course from the patio. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed and a large closet. The living room has comfy seating options situated around a gas fireplace and large, flat screen TV. The kitchen has been upgraded with stone countertops and wood cabinets. The dining area has a table for four and a sliding glass door that leads to the patio.

A full size washer and dryer are available in the unit and there is on-site parking. The development has a heated pool and sauna for guests to enjoy.
