Avila Beach invites you to “pick your perfect paradise” when you visit here. More than just scenic beaches, this town also has a tree lined drive that leads to natural, mineral hot springs. Along the road you will find the Avila Valley Barn, which started as a humble roadside stand and has evolved into much more. There is also See Canyon nearby, which comes alive in the fall when the apple orchards there are selling their fresh pickings. 

Layout

The Cape Cod Style Condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 6 guests. Pets are allowed with owner approval and cleaning fee. This townhouse has two master bedroom suites, each with a queen size bed, and one with a fireplace. The open concept living area includes another fireplace. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats three and is open to the dining area, which has a table for six. There is a large balcony off the living room that includes a barbecue grill. An ocean view rooftop deck with outdoor kitchen and dining table completes the space.

Amenities

This vacation rental is located in a gated community and has plenty to offer guests. In addition to the two fireplaces, there is central heating and ceiling fans for cooling. The TVs include a 60” flat screen in the living room and all have expanded cable service. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. This non-smoking property has a stack washer and dryer for guests. There is a two car garage included as well.
