Using the farm and ranch houses as your home base, you’ll be able to explore the area and all it offers. You will find everything from farmers markets to surfing and whale watching.
Layout
The farm house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental with accommodations for six guests. The living space features an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen includes an island with a breakfast counter for two. The dining room table seats six. There is plenty of outdoor space with parking available. The patio includes a hot tub.
The Ernie Ball ranch house is named after the famed guitar maker who built the house and called Edna Valley home. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom two story house features 4,200 square feet of living space. It can accommodate up to 10 guests. The house is filled with traditional furniture and features several unique touches, including an all stone bathroom. The house is surrounded by open space and has a beautiful front porch for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

The amenities at the farm house and guest house are similar. Both include WiFi and cable TV. There is heating available and fireplaces as well. Kitchens are well equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. There are laundry facilities with washer and dryer.
