You’ll be located across the street from the beach and just two blocks from the main downtown. Walk to town and enjoy the old pier, shops, restaurants, and small town atmosphere of Cayucos. An outdoor shower area makes cleaning up from the day at the beach so easy. A sheltered enclosed patio area is delightful for sunbathing, socializing or just listening to the waves.
This home is wired with free WiFi for your personal computer use so you can stay connected with everything happening in your life. The living room has views of the water, a gas-lighted fireplace, a and large screen TV with DVD connection.
The master bedroom suite features large flatscreen TV and fireplace. The adjoining bathroom has double vanity, spacious marble shower enclosure, and walk in closet. Total beds include one king, two queens, one double, and one twin for up to eight guests (there are three bedrooms plus a sleeping area).
A second story deck has a viewing deck for evening cocktails and watching the sunset over the water at the end of the day.
You will be so comfortable that you won’t want to leave the house but the inviting beach and quaint town will beckon you to explore Cayucos and Morro Bay just four miles south.
