Black Lake Golf Resort is located on California's sunny Central Coast between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, and welcomes golfers of all levels. Blacklake, Avila Beach Golf Resorts and several other local Central Coast courses offer discounted golf for our guests. Wineries are too numerous to count which allows a wide selection of wine tasting experiences. Numerous beaches are nearby as well as art galleries and quaint towns to explore.

This very attractive unit is a two story three bedroom two and a half bath that looks out on to the first green of the Oaks course. The unit has been completely upgraded, including stone counter tops, tile flooring in the kitchen and bath rooms, new kitchen appliances, new living room furniture and new king size beds.

The living area contains a wall mounted 55 in HDTV, a DVD/CD player, WIFI, fireplace with gas log as well as a comfortable seating area, dining area and breakfast bar. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony from which can be seen first green of the Oaks course and the 2nd tee box. There is also a gas barbecue on the balcony. The half bathroom is located just inside the front door.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils, cookware, coffee maker and toaster etc.

The three bedrooms are upstairs along with two bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out over the first green on the Oaks course. There is a brightly lit vanity area separate from the master bath as well as a small vanity area in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and a flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom is down the hall and also has a new king size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. The second bathroom is located at the end of the hall and has a shower and full sized front loading washer and dryer.
