When you arrive at our gate, you may think that you are lost - we are at the end of a country road just down from a couple of commercial nurseries and it doesn't look like there should be a home here. Don't worry! The gate at the street is a bit away from our home. Once we are notified of your arrival time, we will meet you at the gate to escort you to the guest house via a dirt road through a eucalyptus forest. We will provide you with a gate opener so you have easy access thereafter.

Our home and guest house are situated on 9 acres, directly behind an organic nursery that supplies central coast farmers and we also are adjacent to a golf course community. We sometimes hear ATVs on nearby Pismo Dunes and sometimes hear the sounds of the nursery workers. Otherwise, it is a quiet, peaceful haven we enjoy. The rooms are located in a guesthouse separate from the main home. Privacy and space - perfect for a family of 4 or two couples on a weekend getaway. The main guest bathroom has a huge soaking tub with hand shower and the second bathroom with shower is located below the bedrooms next to the pool and sauna. A cheery kitchenette with refrigerator (no freezer), dishwasher and microwave and a dining area complete the guest house. *** Please note -- the listed appliances complete the kitchenette, no stove or oven.*** Each bedroom is equipped with a wood burning fireplace and cozy terry robes. WIFI is available and a Bose wireless speaker is provided for music lovers.

We are convenient to many wineries in Arroyo Grande (Laetitia is only 2 miles away!), Edna Valley and Paso Robles. You can drive your car or ATV on the beach in Pismo, kayak, sail or relax on the sand in Avila, or enjoy farm to table meals at many fine restaurants. San Luis Obispo County is home to so many different events - from vineyard parties, farmers markets, local music and food festivals and so much more. You will never be bored!

You are welcome to use all of our entertaining area. We have a state of the art BBQ center, large redwood slab bar area, and a fire pit.

We have 2 bedrooms to currently offer, 1 bedroom has 1 Queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen and 2 singles. The Living Room offers an oversized sectional with oversized ottoman to easily sleep 3/4 kids. Full size bathroom. The home is newly remodeled with lots of upgraded appliances makes this home more enjoyable fully furnished home, we have added ship lap on many of the walls with an Ocean Country side decor to match. We offer a huge front/side and back yard, if you're here to reflect, we offer a Hot Tub under our covered back patio with pull shades on 2 sides to help with privacy and sun, to warm up after a long day filled with adventures, outside TV with dish and Netflix to watch just about anything you’d like to watch while in the Hot Tub, or sitting around in the many seating areas provided, newly added a fire pit and sitting area, if you want wood to burn you buy, it’s right around the corner at 7-11 $8 a bundle. I have decorated with many varieties of Succulents and geraniums you will find several varieties planted along the property for your added enjoyment. The aroma of Jasmin and honeysuckle will fill you senses and give a peaceful tranquil feeling. The entire home is throughly cleaned after every guest, with all bedding, towels sanitized and honest products are used to assist with people with allergies. Having said that there is a 12 year old Calico cat “Shop Girl”, and a 10 year Yorkie-Pooh “Roxy” they are both friendly to everyone, the cat will likely hide out on her perch in the garage and Roxy is always exited to see a new face.

If you do have any allergies we’re probably not a good fit for you, although we’ve had people stay with allergies and we’re fine. We do reside on premises in a separate suite, so if there’s anything you may need during your stay we're close to assist.

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is only steps to the beach.  The house has been remodeled with granite counter tops in the kitchen and first level bathroom, along with new tiles floors as well.  There is a large roof-top deck with great ocean, dune and mountain views. The living room boasts a large fireplace and formal dining area. There are also two other decks, one off the living room with a BBQ and one off the master bedroom.  The master bathroom has a huge sunken tub and a separate shower.  For your convenience, there is a 2 car garage with direct access into the house, access to rear alley to park ATV’s and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.  There are walk-in closets in 2 of the bedrooms.  This is the perfect house for your family and friends to gather.

Upstairs Master bedroom has 2 queen beds, Upstairs Living Room has 2 full size futons, Downstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed, Downstairs bedroom has 3 twin beds (2 are trundles with 1 that pulls out for the 3rd twin. There is no room to pull out the other trundle)

There is also a “kids hideway” in the bedroom with the 3 twin beds.

There is  1 queen size blow up mattress that can be put in any room.

The space

Greetings! We are David and Julie Reynolds. Though originally from the LA area and having spent our last six years in Nashville, our dream has always been to live on the central coast in the San Luis Obispo area. When both our children chose to attend Cal Poly SLO for college, we decided now was the time to make our move. We were so fortunate to find this wonderful property in the Edna Valley area, close to everything we love about the central coast: the wineries, the beaches and the small-town atmosphere. We are minutes away from 31 local Edna Valley, SLO, and Arroyo Grande wineries, just 25 miles to the Paso Robles wine region, and only 13 miles from Cal Poly when we need a quick visit with our Mustangs! We hope you will enjoy the beautiful star filled nights and quiet peaceful sunny days surrounded by oaks, wildlife, and rolling hills as much as we do! This private and quiet cottage enjoys wonderful views from every room!

When you arrive at our gate, you may think that you are lost - we are at the end of a country road just down from a couple of commercial nurseries and it doesn't look like there should be a home here. Don't worry! The gate at the street is a bit away from our home. Once we are notified of your arrival time, we will meet you at the gate to escort you to the guest house via a dirt road through a eucalyptus forest. We will provide you with a gate opener so you have easy access thereafter.

Our home and guest house are situated on 9 acres, directly behind an organic nursery that supplies central coast farmers and we also are adjacent to a golf course community. We sometimes hear ATVs on nearby Pismo Dunes and sometimes hear the sounds of the nursery workers. Otherwise, it is a quiet, peaceful haven we enjoy. The rooms are located in a guesthouse separate from the main home. Privacy and space - perfect for a family of 4 or two couples on a weekend getaway. The main guest bathroom has a huge soaking tub with hand shower and the second bathroom with shower is located below the bedrooms next to the pool and sauna. A cheery kitchenette with refrigerator (no freezer), dishwasher and microwave and a dining area complete the guest house. *** Please note -- the listed appliances complete the kitchenette, no stove or oven.*** Each bedroom is equipped with a wood burning fireplace and cozy terry robes. WIFI is available and a Bose wireless speaker is provided for music lovers.

We are convenient to many wineries in Arroyo Grande (Laetitia is only 2 miles away!), Edna Valley and Paso Robles. You can drive your car or ATV on the beach in Pismo, kayak, sail or relax on the sand in Avila, or enjoy farm to table meals at many fine restaurants. San Luis Obispo County is home to so many different events - from vineyard parties, farmers markets, local music and food festivals and so much more. You will never be bored!

You are welcome to use all of our entertaining area. We have a state of the art BBQ center, large redwood slab bar area, and a fire pit.
